Updated July 2026 • 8-minute read

Every Artbeat Studios product is custom made to order.

Because each print is produced specifically for the customer’s selected image, dimensions, material, finish, and presentation options, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if there is a problem with your order, our Customer Service team will review the concern and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Quick Answer

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving it
  • Provide your order number
  • Describe the concern clearly
  • Include photographs showing the issue
  • Keep the original packaging when shipping damage is involved

You can reach us through:

Depending on the issue, resolution may include troubleshooting, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

No.

All Artbeat Studios products are custom made using the image, size, material, finish, mounting, and framing options selected when the order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

If there is a production defect, shipping damage, or another problem with the completed order, contact Customer Service so we can review the concern.

How Long Do I Have to Report a Problem?

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Reaching out promptly allows us to:

  • Review the condition of the product
  • Examine production records
  • Evaluate shipping damage
  • Request photographs or additional information
  • Determine the most appropriate resolution

Separate warranty periods may apply to qualifying material or structural defects.

What Information Should I Provide?

When reporting a concern, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email address associated with the order
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the full product
  • Close-up photographs showing the affected area
  • Photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved
  • A photograph of the shipping label when shipping damage is involved

Additional images or information may be requested while the concern is being reviewed.

Coverage depends on the nature and cause of the issue.

What Is Not Covered by the 3-Year Guarantee?

The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Accidental damage
  • Mishandling
  • Scratches
  • Chips
  • Cracks
  • Scuffs
  • Abrasions
  • Humidity
  • Moisture
  • Extreme temperatures
  • Direct sunlight
  • UV-related fading
  • Chemical cleaners
  • Abrasive cleaners
  • Normal aging
  • Environmental wear
  • Alterations made after delivery

The warranty is intended to cover qualifying manufacturing or material failures rather than damage caused after the product has been delivered.

What Is Covered for Framed Paper Prints?

Framed Paper Prints include a 1-year warranty against qualifying defects involving:

  • Framing materials
  • Matboard
  • Glazing
  • Backing
  • Assembly
  • Manufacturing flaws affecting structural integrity

What Is Not Covered for Framed Paper Prints?

The framed Paper Print warranty does not cover:

  • Paper prints purchased without framing
  • Warping or distortion caused by humidity
  • Warping or distortion caused by temperature
  • Sunlight exposure
  • UV-related fading
  • Mishandling
  • Impact damage
  • Improper hanging
  • Scratches
  • Scuffs
  • Normal wear

Are Unframed Paper Prints Covered by a Warranty?

No.

Unframed Paper Prints are not covered under a product warranty because of the archival paper’s sensitivity to:

  • Handling
  • Moisture
  • Humidity
  • Temperature
  • Light exposure
  • Storage conditions
  • Environmental conditions

Paper prints should be handled carefully and stored or displayed using archival framing and presentation methods whenever possible.

What Happens After the Warranty Expires?

Contact Customer Service even if the applicable warranty period has expired.

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer a discounted reprint as a courtesy.

Courtesy discounts are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

How Do Replacements Work?

If a qualifying defect or production issue is confirmed, Artbeat Studios may produce a replacement.

When reviewing a replacement request, we will generally ask for:

  • The order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • A description of the issue
  • Additional photographs or information when needed

Any approved replacement will be produced using the originally submitted image file and order configuration.

Can I Submit a Revised File for a Replacement?

No.

A warranty replacement or production-related reprint must use the original file submitted with the order.

A revised, re-edited, recolored, recropped, or replacement image file is treated as a new order.

This helps distinguish a manufacturing concern from changes made to the artwork after the original order was completed.

Can I Change the Product During a Replacement?

Warranty replacements are intended to reproduce the original ordered product.

Requests to change the following may be treated as a new order:

  • Image file
  • Crop
  • Dimensions
  • Material
  • Finish
  • Mount
  • Frame
  • Canvas edge treatment
  • Other product options

Contact Customer Service to discuss the available options before making changes.

Will Modifying the Print Affect the Warranty?

Yes.

Modifications made to a completed print after delivery void the guarantee.

Examples may include:

  • Trimming or cutting the print
  • Drilling holes
  • Removing or changing a mount
  • Reframing the product
  • Applying coatings or adhesives
  • Bending the product
  • Attempting repairs
  • Altering the product’s structure

Please contact Customer Service before attempting to repair or modify a product that may have a manufacturing concern.

What Product Characteristics Are Not Considered Defects?

Fine art print materials and handcrafted products may contain minor characteristics resulting from the manufacturing process.

These characteristics do not generally affect the structural integrity or intended display of the product and may not qualify for replacement.

Examples include:

  • Very minor chipping along the edge of a print
  • Very small bumps or dips on a print surface
  • Small particles of dust beneath acrylic
  • Very small bubbles within acrylic material
  • Faint lines on paper beneath acrylic
  • Slight variations in canvas texture
  • Very small imperfections or dents in frame material

Each concern is evaluated individually, but complete microscopic perfection cannot always be guaranteed across handcrafted materials and processes.

What Should I Know About HD Metal Prints?

HD Metal Prints may naturally exhibit certain material characteristics.

These may include:

  • Minor surface imperfections resulting from the coating process
  • Slight darkening
  • Natural color shifts
  • More noticeable color or tonal differences on Silver Gloss
  • Very minor edge chipping

These characteristics may be inherent to the material and do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

What Should I Know About HD Acrylic Prints?

The acrylic face-mounting process may produce minor material characteristics, including:

  • Small dust particles beneath the acrylic
  • Small raised bumps
  • Very small bubbles within the acrylic material
  • Faint lines on the paper beneath the acrylic

Metallic paper used beneath acrylic may also produce:

  • A darker overall appearance
  • Natural color shifts
  • Greater contrast or reflectivity

Because Acrylic 360 and Acrylic Slim products use a semi-translucent backing, portions of the wall mount may sometimes remain visible through the completed piece.

These characteristics do not necessarily indicate a defect.

What Should I Know About Canvas Prints and Frames?

Canvas is a textured material and may naturally contain small variations in its woven surface.

Minor differences in texture are not generally considered defects.

Frame materials may also contain very small imperfections resulting from cutting, joining, finishing, or handling during production.

Are Image-Quality Problems Covered?

Artbeat Studios cannot accept responsibility for print-quality concerns caused by the submitted image file.

This may include:

  • Insufficient resolution
  • Soft focus
  • Motion blur
  • Incorrect exposure
  • Excessive noise
  • Compression artifacts
  • Editing errors
  • Banding
  • Color problems within the file
  • Artificial enlargement
  • Missing image detail

Our automated ordering system may accept and process files regardless of their resolution or overall quality.

Customers are responsible for reviewing image quality before submitting an order.

How Close Can Important Details Be to the Edge?

Keep critical image elements at least 1/2 inch from the edge whenever possible.

This includes:

  • Signatures
  • Text
  • Logos
  • Faces
  • Borders within the artwork
  • Copyright marks
  • Essential compositional details

Production bleed, cutting tolerances, framing, mounting, or canvas wrapping may affect content positioned too close to an edge.

Can I Cancel an Order?

Orders may be canceled within 60 minutes of being placed.

After the 60-minute cancellation window has passed, the order may already be entering the custom production workflow and cannot be canceled or refunded.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

For an order placed through a registered account:

  1. Log into your Artbeat Studios account.
  2. Open the applicable order.
  3. Select the item or items you want to cancel.
  4. Complete the cancellation within 60 minutes of placing the order.

What If I Need the Order by a Specific Date?

Production times are estimates and may fluctuate.

If you need an order completed or delivered by a particular date, include that deadline in the order notes when placing the order.

This allows our team to review the request and determine whether the required completion date can be confirmed.

If no deadline is provided and the 60-minute cancellation period has passed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded because the estimated timeline no longer meets your needs.

Shipping and carrier transit times should also be considered when planning for a deadline.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the exterior packaging
  • Photographs of the interior packaging
  • A photograph of the shipping label
  • A description of how the package and product arrived

Keep all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

The packaging may be necessary to determine the cause of the damage or support a carrier claim.

Do You Offer Price Adjustments?

A price adjustment may be considered when:

  • An order was placed within five calendar days before a discount began
  • The order has not yet shipped
  • The customer contacts Artbeat Studios while the promotion is active

Approved price adjustments are issued as store credit.

Price adjustments are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

Promotional pricing cannot be held, reserved, or extended after a promotion ends.

What Are the Current Shipping Terms?

Artbeat Studios offers flat-rate shipping for qualifying orders under $150 within the contiguous United States.

Qualifying orders over $150 containing prints up to 40" × 60" receive free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Additional charges or quotations may apply to:

  • Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States
  • Oversized prints
  • Products requiring freight delivery
  • Products requiring specialized packaging or crating

Orders requiring a shipping quotation will be reviewed before production.

Customs fees, tariffs, taxes, duties, and related import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
