Where Is My Album?

Where Are My Albums and Order History?

Updated July 2026 • 3 minute read

Our new website is still being developed, and some album and order-history features are currently limited.

You can access albums through the new website, but our classic site may provide more complete access to previously saved albums and older order information.

Quick Answer

Albums are available on the new website, but some features are still being completed.

You can currently find your albums:

  1. While creating an order in the CREATE ORDER section.
  2. Within the account profile section of the new website.
  3. On our classic site at og.artbeatstudios.com, where you can access and edit your existing albums.

Older order history may not yet appear completely or display all information correctly on the new website.

How to Access Albums While Ordering

When creating a new order, you can access saved images and albums from within the CREATE ORDER section.

From there, you can select an existing image or upload a new file for your order.

How to Access Albums From Your Account

You can also access albums through your account profile on the new website.

If an album, image, or thumbnail is not appearing correctly, please check the classic site at og.artbeatstudios.com.

Using the Classic Website

Our classic website currently provides the most complete access to previously created albums.

On the classic site, you can:

  • View existing albums
  • Edit albums
  • Review previously uploaded images
  • Access certain legacy account information

Your login credentials may be the same as those used previously, depending on how your account was originally created.

Current Album Limitations

Some album features on the new website are still being completed.

Current limitations include:

  • Multiple files cannot currently be uploaded to an album at the same time
  • Some image thumbnails may not display correctly
  • Certain previously saved images or albums may be easier to access through the classic site

If a thumbnail is missing, this does not necessarily mean the original image has been deleted.

Current Order History Limitations

Order history on the new website may not yet display all legacy information correctly.

Current limitations include:

  • The name shown beneath a shipping address may be incorrect
  • Older orders may display an inaccurate status, such as On its way
  • Previous order history may not fully populate for every customer
  • Some older orders may only be available through the classic website or previous order-confirmation emails

An incorrect status on a past order does not mean the order has shipped again.

What If an Older Order Is Missing?

If a previous order does not appear in your account:

  1. Check the classic site at og.artbeatstudios.com.
  2. Search your email for the original Artbeat Studios order confirmation.
  3. Contact Customer Support if you need help locating specific order information.

Please provide your name, email address, and any order number you may have available.

Common Misconceptions

A missing thumbnail means my image was deleted.

Not necessarily.

Some thumbnails are not currently displaying correctly on the new website. The original image may still be available through your album or on the classic site.

“On its way” means my old order shipped again.

No.

Some older orders may display an incorrect status while legacy order information is being integrated into the new website.

All of my previous orders should already appear in my new account.

Not always.

Some legacy order history may not yet be visible for every account. Our Customer Support team can help review a specific order if needed.

Our Recommendation

For the most complete access to older albums and order information, use our classic site at og.artbeatstudios.com.

When placing new orders, make sure you are logged into your account before uploading images or completing checkout. This helps ensure that future albums and orders are associated with your account.
