Whether you're ordering from a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, our uploader is designed to make the process quick and easy.
This guide explains which files we accept, how to upload them, and what to do if you run into any issues.

Can I Upload Photos From My iPhone?
Yes.
Photos taken with modern iPhones are often saved as HEIC files.
Our uploader accepts HEIC files directly, so there is no need to convert them before ordering.
Can I Upload From My Phone or Tablet?
Absolutely.
Our website is designed to work across modern mobile devices, allowing you to upload images directly from your:

What Happens After My Upload?
Once your image has finished uploading, you'll be able to:
- Review your image
- Select size and adjust the crop (if applicable). You must hit the Apply button in order to move to the next step.
- You can select a popular size or enter in your custom size dimensions.
- Select your product options
- Choose a mounting option
- Add a frame (where available)
- Add notes for our production team
Before completing your order, take a moment to confirm that your crop includes all important parts of your image.

Can I upload more than one image?
In the Order Customizer, only one image can be uploaded at a time. To upload multiple images at a time, you can do so in the Album section (under your account profile).
Here, you can organize your photos and albums as well as delete photos.
Can I replace my image after uploading?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize you have uploaded the wrong photo. Send an email, text, or chat regarding with your order number and the issue. Due to the automation and speed of production, there is no guarantee that we can change out an image after the order is placed.
Do I need to resize my image first?
Usually not.
Simply upload the highest-quality version of your image.
Our online ordering system will guide you through cropping and sizing during the ordering process.
